Recreation Program

The Grants Pass Recreation Program facilitates opportunities for citizens to participate in recreation as a life-enriching element of our community by providing information about available activities. The program provides City park, recreation field and facility scheduling, and works with local school districts to maximize school recreation facility use. This service also reserves shelters, coordinates use of fields and courts by leagues and community groups, reserves banner space over 6th and 7th Streets and at Riverside Park, and offers a quarterly Recreation Guide which includes an extensive list of Community Recreation Providers (Recreation Programs and Contacts).
